Day 196: Response to another person’s dislike of whites, and Americans (and some other countries, as well).

She must think people in these countries don't shower, daily, either. Out in a public restroom is a whole different place, than at home. And, there is a Ted Talk about the disease created in India with open defecation... really doubt they are using a bidet... causing the deaths of 100K children, if I'm not mistaken, each year. And, God forbid we should set up these portable toilets for the public to use.

We have a bidet, and one wipe with dry toilet paper is not sufficient; therefore, you are not very clean, either... I keep wet wipes in both bathrooms, the flushable kind, for extra help.

You can talk of the paper waste, but water is pretty essential to life, and since we had one put in, our water bill has increased 15$/month. Still, I like having it around. But, whatever you use in life, you are using up a resource. Just trading one for the other. Can’t be helped… we use, because we are.
