Most of the time, I’m really good about it. Somewhere along the way I developed a sensitivity to wheat gluten, not necessarily allergic, but I feel the symptoms in my digestion. I wasn’t always like this. I found if I try and limit it, I can do ok. Like sprouted grain breads seem ok.
